To represent this standard of learning differences because it is a realistic event that may happen in my classroom one day. There is a student with a disability, and because of that disability they are unable to preform the same work as other students. This does not mean she is not capable or willing. Through my writing you can see how I have adjusted the plan to make accommodations for this student. No student is less deserving of education due to a disability or a culture difference, we as teachers just may have to work more creative to meet their needs.

I plan to have an inclusive classroom where I will strive to meet all my students needs. Each and everyone of my students are going to come from different backgrounds and are going to all need different things from me to strive in my class. Students don’t learn the way we teach, we need to adjust and teach the way they learn. My goal is that all students in my class get equal learning and opportunity. It is important that I also remember that I am not alone in the school and that their are other resources about that I can reach out to. Others that can help me adjust my plans and learning spaces to meet the students needs. As seen in the plans above I feel my understanding of this inclusion at this point is very clear. In future classes and experiences I hope to enhance what I already know even more.
