Here is a link to my teaching philosophy that is mentioned below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VujTv02kEw9DhME2sTAfw-XuYSKyFst_zrrPqKqN3es/edit?usp=sharing
A big part of my teaching philosophy is that all students are different learners. Meaning they are all going to need something different from me to reach their goals in my classroom. Because of this inclusive spaces and materials will be put in place. Also it is important that there is recognition of students strengths and not just look at what they struggle with. Positive reinforcement is also very important to help these student grow.
My goal as a teacher is to meet every students individual needs that they have. Each student is going to need something different from me, and I will be there to provide that. I also think that it is very important to note the difference that these students have so that I can work with them. Meaning that I can create and implement inclusive lessons and activities for these students. These students should not be give alternate assignments, it will be my goal to find a way for them to participate appropriately in what we are doing as a class.
